In addition to fulfilling the legal and regulatory requirements our Board, Senior Management Team, Staff and a group of Tenants and Service Users continue to be involved in the preparation, monitoring and reviewing of all schemes and action plans. Indeed, improvements in our approach to equality and diversity have already taken place as a direct result of the work conducted to date.
