Caretaking and Gardening Services

Some of the Association's estates are provided with a caretaking or gardening service.

Our largest estates, Brookwood (Ipswich) St Catherines (Ipswich) Adastral Close (Felixstowe) Lincoln Court (Kessingland) Whiting Road (Lowestoft) all have residential caretakers. Other estates requiring communal gardening services benefit from our own mobile gardening team or a contractor appointed to carryout gardening services for us.

The cost of these services is included in the rent you pay for your home. The cost of this is calculated based the actual cost of the previous years service provided by our own in house team or a contractor.

If your estate is serviced by a caretaker or a gardener a copy of their job description is provided when new tenants sign their tenancy agreement; however if you require another copy of this it can be obtained from your housing officer.
