Starter Tenancies Explained

Orwell Housing Association will use Starter Tenancies to assist in the control of anti-social behaviour with effect from 1st May 2008. The Association believes that these approaches, as part of an integrated strategy, will re-enforce the message to tenants and the wider community that the Association is tackling anti social behaviour. We believe that this will enhance the Association’s ability to facilitate and support improvement in behaviour and ease the eviction process as a final resort where all other appropriate remedies have failed.
