Relief Support Worker is the most flexible way to earn money, enjoy the company of others and feel satisfied that you helped someone that day.
At Orwell Housing Association Limited we often have a need to call upon our dedicated Relief Staff to cover various shifts (days & nights) at all of our hostels, sheltered & very sheltered housing schemes and supported living schemes for adults with learning difficulties.
We currently have schemes in Hadleigh, Ipswich, Felixstowe, Loddon, Lowestoft, Norwich, Reydon, Sudbury, Woodbridge, Cambridge, Gt Yarmouth, Ixworth & Stowupland. Please click here for futher information about our individual schemes and projects.
Ideally, you will have some experience of working within a support and/or care field, but more important is your strong desire and enthusiasm to develop within this role, and really make a difference to peoples' lives.
You will need to have patience and a willingness to undertake any necessary training to ensure that you achieve the relevant skills required to provide care and support to these client groups, and ensure our ongoing philosophy of individuality and independence is upheld.
If you have a good performance track record, a positive attitude and excellent people skills we'd like to hear from you.
