Orwell Housing Association is dedicated to providing the best possible service. Please find below our actions and progress in this area:

| Launch a trial mobility scooter rental scheme | Two pilot schemes are underway. If successful, it is hoped to extend the scheme |
| Ensure hearing loops are available in all Association meeting rooms | Induction loops are now available in these locations |
| Identify tenants who have difficulty with literacy. Offer adult learning courses | Tenants with literacy difficulties have been identified and provided information on adult learning |
| Seek providers of audio, Braille and sign language services | A list of providers (together with costs) has been provided to the Customer Services Team |
| Supply magnifying reading devices to tenants who request large print documents | Devices were piloted in 2009. The devices are now supplied to all new tenants who need them |
| Tailor services to the individual needs of tenants | The importance of a tailored service has been emphasised. It will also feature prominently at a number of 2010 events |
