A: Yes it has! A group of tenants with mobility difficulties and disabilities, have recently come together to prepare The Disability Equality Scheme and Action Plan. This will be put in place to ensure that all tenants are given the same opportunities, regardless of any disabilities or mobility issues they may have.
All of the information provided has been checked and updated on our Database. We are now much better informed about any needs our tenants may have, and can plan to see how we can improve services in the future.
