Orwell Housing Association are delighted to announce that we are working in partnership with Rose Builders on the Lawford Green, Essex housing development.

Rose Builders are run by a highly qualified and experienced hands-on management team who are passionate about every project they undertake.

Orwell will be taking on 22 affordable homes, 14 affordable rent properties, and 8 shared ownership homes, supporting the delivery of high‑quality, affordable housing for the local community as part of the wider Lawford Green Estate.
