Orwell provides a range of services for people with a learning disability. We are committed to make life better by supporting people to take control, develop independence and live the life they choose.
Orwell works closely with Suffolk County Council in the allocation of any of its housing services for adults with Learning Disabilities.
To talk to Suffolk County Council about accessing one of our services you should contact your Social Worker or alternately access to Adult Social Care can be found here https://contact.suffolk.gov.uk/ or by calling 0800 917 1109.
Personalised support for independent living.
We also provide support and care for adults with Learning Disabilities living in their own homes and self-funding their support through their own means or a Direct Payment/Personal Budget arrangement with Suffolk County Council.

From providing specially designed supported accommodation, to helping you gain new skills and experiences we are committed to ensuring you can gain or retain the independence and control you need to enjoy life in the best possible health.

The services that we provide can be as simple as supporting you to undertake daily tasks, to manage your home and learn new skills or as complex as providing personal care or support you to achieve that big dream, if we can’t help we will help you find someone who can!
