Our Temporary Supported Housing (TSH) services provide accommodation and support to people facing homelessness or domestic abuse. This includes those who may be vulnerable, at risk or requiring additional support to maintain their accommodation and move towards independent living. Our services are person-centred and work alongside the people we support, ensuring that their aims and aspirations are at the centre of all we do.

Within Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire, we manage seven homeless services and two refuges for women and children fleeing domestic abuse. Each service has its own criteria for referral and can be viewed by clicking on the links below. We offer safe accommodation and support with guidance from our trained staff to assist people to make informed choices and positively move forward.
Domestic abuse outreach and support in the community
We also offer additional domestic abuse outreach services in the South Norfolk and Waveney area, working with our Local Authority partners to deliver a coordinated approach to supporting victims of domestic abuse, alongside our provision of Freedom Programmes that we facilitate throughout Norfolk and Suffolk.
