Lodge Road, Holton is part of the second phase of development in the area and is scheduled for completion in November 2025. This follows the successful completion of Pine Tree Close in 2016, which comprises eight homes: four rental homes and four offered through shared ownership.

The Lodge Road development includes 15 homes, three of which are available through shared ownership. These properties are two-bedroom houses available at a guide price ranging from £250,000 to £260,000. Buyers can purchase between 40% and 70% of the property’s value depending on affordability.

Shared ownership allows buyers to purchase a percentage share of a property while paying rent on the remaining portion.
