There will be numerous sites delivered across the city in the coming years and the first few will be submitted for planning shortly. We anticipate commencing construction in 2026 with completions later that year, or into 2027. We are excited about the opportunity this presents us to increase our stock in Norwich and to help continue to meet the significant affordable housing needs in the area”.
