• Recharge Invoice numbers are 8 digits, Court Costs along with Rent & Accommodation Charges are 6 digits.
• Rent & Accommodation Charges and Court Costs can only be paid by Debit Card

• Credit cards will not be accepted for rent payments unless this has been authorised by an Orwell Director. Please speak to the Customer Service Team should you wish to discuss this further.
• After you make a payment, there may be a delay before your transaction is reflected in your account. This processing period is necessary for us to ensure the secure transfer of funds and to update your account details accurately. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
