Maypole Close handover

We’re pleased to announce the completion and handover of the Maypole Close development on Old Norwich Road, Ipswich.

Delivered in partnership with ROSE Builders, the development provides 11 affordable rent homes, including a mix of two and three-bedroom houses and bungalows.

Kieran, Orwell’s Development Project Officer, has been involved with the scheme from its earliest stages, overseeing its progress through to completion. Just six months ago, ROSE Builders were installing underfloor heating in the properties, and today the development is ready to welcome residents into 11 high-quality affordable homes.
