On the 1st April 2020, our new My Orwell solution was made available to all Orwell tenants. The My Orwell solution allows tenants to register and and login to see details of their tenancy and rent account. This includes the ability to:
- View the up to date account balance
- View and save an account statement
- View previously reported repairs
- Report a new repair
- View and update contact details
The new My Orwell solution will provide a much more reliable and modern approach to accessing key tenancy account information, with much more planned for the future. Please keep checking back regularly to see our latest updates and features.
