Annual Report to Tenants 2020 – Estate Services

During 2020 the estate services team have:

recycled and re used as mulch 99% of their green waste.

recycle 100% of the leaf waste for re use as soil improver.

replaced 85 trees and planted 65 new trees.

Switched to battery powered tools on caretaker sites which costs £600 for electric charging instead of the previous £5800 fuel cost.

We have replaced 70% of old rotten wooden furniture with recycled plastic furniture.
