We aim to maintain our properties to the best of our ability. In order to keep our properties at a high standard, we rely on our customers to help us by reporting faults as soon as they become aware of them.

  • 21,951 – Number of repairs raised.
  • 14,209 – Repairs completed on time.
  • 64.73% – Percentage of repairs completed on time.
  • 94.6% – Satisfaction with our service.
