• We made contact with 305 new claimants of Universal Credit.
• 98% of rent was collected (which also includes former tenant payments).
• Collected £49,936 in former tenant arrears for 2021.
• We spent £104,118.46 on aids & adaptations in your homes.
• We provided 133 adaptations to make your homes easier to live in.
