Orwell Homes

We’re also currently working on redesigning the Orwell Homes website. The new site will provide an improved experience for customers looking to browse our latest developments, view properties available to buy or rent, and explore previously sold homes.

Designed to mirror the look and feel of the Orwell Housing website, the Orwell Homes website will make it quicker and easier to find the information and guidance you need.

My Orwell Voice

Our digital engagement platform, My Orwell Voice, will also be undergoing a redesign to enhance navigation, improve content, and create a better overall user experience.

The platform allows customers to access useful information, enter competitions, and take part in a range of opportunities to share their views on our services. As customer feedback plays an important role in shaping our future services, we want to make it as easy as possible for people to engage with us.

The redesigned platform will offer a more user-friendly and interactive experience, making it easier than ever to connect with us through surveys, polls, consultations, and community projects. These improvements will help ensure customers can continue to have their voices heard while enjoying a smoother and more accessible digital experience.
