We’re really happy that more families now have a place to call home today, as we handed over the keys to three new properties at Thorpe Morieux.

The development of two, two bed and one three bedroomed houses built by DCH Construction, has been let to local families and provides much needed accommodation in the area.  Orwell worked closely with the Parish Council and is grateful for their support in ensuring the smooth progress of the project.

Greg Dodds, Orwell’s Assistant Director of Development and Growth said: “It’s very satisfying to once again hand over keys to new tenants, and know that providing a safe and secure home will make all the difference to local families.  There is still a long way to go to meet the rising demand for housing in Suffolk, and we will continue to work to provide homes for residents of Suffolk.”
