Changes to coronavirus restrictions

Update: Thursday 9 December 2021

The UK Government has announced new measures to help slow the transmission of the new Covid-19 Omicron variant.

  • People are advised to work from home where possible – from Monday 13th December
  • Face coverings are to become mandatory in most indoor public places – for example theatres and cinemas – from Friday 10 December.
  • Covid vaccination passes are to become mandatory for entry to public venues and large events – including nightclubs, theatres and larger sporting events – from Wednesday 16 December.

You can read full details of the latest advice on the UK government website.

What this means for our services:

At this stage, there will be no change to any of our services. We will continue to test regularly, wear personal protective equipment and observe social distancing measures (where required and able) in your homes or while caring for our residents.

We ask that you continue to wear a face-covering when our team members and contractors are in your home or if you are visiting one of our schemes.

If you have a repairs appointment, please get in touch with us to rearrange an appointment or repair if you or a household member have any symptoms of Covid, have tested positive for Covid-19 or if you need to self-isolate. We also ask you to please remain in a different room to the one in which our repairs staff are working in your home.

Details of how to contact us are available here.

We will be updating this page as well as our social media channels if or when the situation changes.
