The comprehensive inspection conducted by the CQC, an independent regulatory body for health and social care services in England, assessed various aspects of Beaumont’s operations. In 2022, Orwell Housing Association took over the running of and became the landlord and care provider for Beaumont House. Responsibility for both the care services and housing management of these properties transferred to Orwell.

The scheme has been awarded a ‘Good’ rating in all areas except for ‘Is the service caring’ which was rated ‘Outstanding’. This positive outcome reaffirms Beaumont’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional care to its residents.

The report states that care provided at the scheme is extremely person-centred and promotes people’s dignity, privacy, and human rights.
