*Terms and Conditions My Orwell Portal Competition 00:01am on 16^th November 2022 and 11.59pm 14^th December 2022.

To be eligible for the prize draw, entrants must meet the following criteria: the entrant must (a) be signed up to the My Orwell Customer Portal (b) Log in to the My Orwell Customer Portal between 00:01am on 16^th November 2022 and 11.59pm 14^th December 2022. (c) be an current Orwell customer.

Entries after 11.59pm on 14^th December 2022 will not be included in the prize draw. Customers who sign up but do not log in to the customer portal will not be included in the prize draw.

Any customers who are already signed up to the customer portal, can still enter – by logging in to the customer portal between 00:01am on 16^th November 2022 and 11.59pm 14^th December 2022.

The winner will be picked at random from all eligible entries and will be notified either by email or telephone within 7 working days.

The winners name may be advertised in/on the Orwell website, social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube) and the winner’s photograph may be taken for publicity purposes.

The prize is a Samsung Galaxy Tablet A8.

The prize can either be collected by the winner or a registered member of the winning household from our Ipswich office or delivered/posted by a member of Orwell Housing Association staff. Whichever way the prize is received the winner will be asked to sign for the prize.

The prize is in no way exchangeable for cash or an alternative.

Orwell Housing Association accepts no long-term care for the product. Any manufacturing faults must be reported to the manufacturer. Orwell Housing Association will not pay for maintenance or repair the prize.

Orwell Housing Association reserves the right to end this competition at any time.
