Hi there and welcome to This Week at Orwell. This is your five-minute video newsletter sharing stories from around the Orwell community this last week.
Kids & Carers Hub - Emmaus, Ipswich
There’s a new local hub at The Royal Oak, Felixstowe Road in Ipswich, run by Emmaus. Every Wednesday 10am to 12pm.
Emmaus supports people to work their way out of homelessness, providing meaningful work, training, support and a stable home for as long as someone needs it.
The aim of Kids & Carers is to meet and connect with other families. Bring along your little ones and enjoy playing in a welcoming and supportive space. Plus, you can join the team for lunch at The Royal Oak cafe afterwards!
