LGBTQ+ network for colleagues and allies

Following our EDI Survey (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion), we recognise that there are small groups of employees who might need support, and who we wish to have a voice in the organise to ensure that our decision making is as inclusive as possible. The first of these is our LGBTQ+ network, but we hope this will be the first on many. As well as supporting our LGBTQ+ colleagues, our aim also is to become a more inclusive housing association for our LGBTQ+ residents.

Mental Health Awareness Week | Suffolk Mind Emotional Needs Survey

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, we would like to remind you about Suffolk Mind's Emotional Needs Survey. Ais a set of questions which helps you to reflect on how you feel about your life as a whole, while helping us to get a better understanding of mental health across the UK. The survey takes a closer look at your Emotional Needs, and how well they are being met right now. If you indicate that you are not meeting one or more of your emotional needs in this audit, you will be presented with some support options. You can choose if you want to pursue any of these.
