As part of Orwell Housings ongoing strategy to provide exceptional customer service we are undergoing a large exercise looking at how we purchase services from contractors and select the contractors we will work with going forwards.

The aim of the exercise has been to ensure we continue to provide you with effective repairs and a high-quality service when completing planned improvement work. This will help us keep pace with requirements from our regulator and customers.

This change in process means you will notice some new contractors working with us. We hope to make these changes without any disruption to the service you receive but please bear with us while they are implemented.

Our new contractors are:

 

	Aaron Services are a heating and water specialist.
	TP Fire and Security deliver a comprehensive fire safety service.
	DSA Electrical is an Essex-based, electrical contractor.
