We are excited to introduce a new development with C&A Builders Limited consisting of 8 affordable rent units.

Currently, our plots which are facing Alpha Road are ahead of the plots facing Common Road.  The plots at Alpha Road are progressing swiftly with roof tiling and they should be watertight in the next few weeks.  Whilst plots on Common Road have had the foundations completed and the contractor is looking to progress with brickwork as soon as they are able to do so.

The completion date for this development is mid-summer 2024.
